Job summary:

The Sales Manager will lead the whole sales and pre-sales cycle for the system integration solutions of Sirma Solutions.



  • Sales of IBM Power and IBM Storage to the customers;
  • Reach sales targets through proactive acquisition of new customers;
  • Sales of IBM Power and IBM Storage to the customers;
  • Pre-sales activities for the system integration services;
  • Assess the customer needs and present relevant solution design in accordance with them;
  • Negotiate with prospect customers;
  • Account management for the existing portfolio of customers.


  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, IT, Software engineering, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on a sales or a business development position in the IT sector ;
  • Knowledgeable in Power and x86 architectures;
  • Experience with Enterprise storages, Network architectures, VMware products and solutions, and Security solutions;
  • Experience with the configurations and development of overall architectures for private clouds, VDI, HA and disaster recovery backup systems;
  • Knowledge in the structure of the market, including producers, partners and resellers;
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Self-driven and result-oriented personality with very good communication skills.
