Our first product, Insight, tracks and monitors online recruitment advertising - accelerating lead generation, business development and market research for recruitment agencies and job boards. Our in-house technology is platform capable of aggregating and normalising jobs posted on over half a million direct employer websites as well as many of the UK’s leading job boards. Clients access and manipulate data through an internet browser or at a more sophisticated level through custom XML feeds.
Innovantage has invested heavily in next generation web technologies based on Natural Language Processing. This solves the problem of finding and structuring jobs posted on many thousands of direct employer websites. This is an exciting and evolving technology and will be the basis of many of Innovantage’s new products.
