About SEP

System for Electronic payments Bulgaria / SEP Bulgaria / is an operator of a national network of electronic  services.
In November 2007 the company received a license from the Bulgarian National Bank system vendor payment system for payments with electronic payment instrument "Mobile Payment." Platform of SEP Bulgaria AD was included in RINGS  system since December 2008 as money transfers are processed 2 times daily.

 
SEP Bulgaria AD is a registered supplier of certification services, having obtained the right to a license issued by the Commission for Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) on 17.07.2008. In its role as a supplier of  certification services SEP Bulgaria has the right to issue a universal electronic signatures - electronic signature "MOBISEYF" and to act as a certifying body in the process of exchanging electronic documents.

The company was founded in 2003 as a limited company in which shareholders are holding companies with leading positions in the field of financial intermediation and the technology sector.
